Rousing employer branding campaign for Litran
A business can only make a difference when it has the right people. Litran knows all about that. We showcased its credentials as a great place to work with an incisive employer branding campaign.
New name, same DNA
While Litran may formally be a new name in construction and maintenance of underground infrastructure, its experience goes way back. When the company went by the name Visser & Smit, the folks there commissioned us for a complete rebranding. The cross-media launch of the new name and corporate identity gave the firm a big boost. Next up was an incisive employer branding campaign to support the search for new employees.
Employer Value Proposition
The first, key, step in the process was talking with employees from various departments. We held a string of interviews to identify the company’s employer value proposition, EVP for acronym lovers, the focus of all employer branding communication. What does Litran stand for as an employer and what can it offer its people?
"The employer value proposition or EVP is the cornerstone of your employer brand, and so all your communication as an employer."
Cross-media rollout
We rolled the new employer branding concept out across various media. Our video team produced a corporate movie showing how it is to work for Litran from the perspective of an employee. Among other places, we shot it in the port of Antwerp and Pairi Daiza, two satisfied customers of Litran. Our developers got to work on the new job website, which showcases Litran’s values, current vacancies and a corporate film. Potential applicants can find out all about Litran’s credentials as an employer and even post their application. We also created adverts for various social media channels to guide people to the job website.
