Want to ensure your employees leave for their summer holidays feeling good? For infrastructure technology specialist Jacops we polished up our grilling skills, organising a double afterwork barbecue with a summer feel under the warm rays of the July sun.
One barbie, 2 venues
A year’s hard work deserves a fitting reward. With that in mind, Jacops treated staff to a fully loaded barbecue just ahead of the summer holidays. Specially for the occasion our event teams set up a cosy lounge bar in the parking lots at the Kortrijk and Gosselies sites.
It meant that everyone could come along after work on a Friday to enjoy a grill buffet and a drink. Irresistible! We also booked a DJ to provide a barbie beats soundtrack. The sun did the rest.
Jacopains in the picture
Our photographer wandered around the site taking sunny snaps of Jacops employees fist-pumping each other. Why? Well, for one thing it’s fun! But it also happens to be a reference to the new employer branding campaign that is set to launch soon.
Goodies for all
We wrapped things up at 10pm, handing out goody bags for everyone, containing a number of gifts, including a cool Jacops sweater. The ideal end to a fabulous summer evening.
