Client Event with Creative Event Power
In a volatile energy market, load balancing – generating and consuming energy at the most advantageous moments – is the key to efficiently managing energy flows and turning them into profit. Energy supplier Elindus developed a smart management system for this purpose together with solar panel producer MR Solar and battery manufacturer HiTE: Elion. At the ‘We will guide you’ event, clients were invited to discover how the software works and what it can offer them. We provided the necessary creative event power.
Event Communication: From Design to Save-the-Date and Video
To get clients excited about the event, we not only came up with the central theme. We also created the accompanying visual that served as a common thread throughout the event communication. From the digital invitation flow to the presentations and the video animation… The energy flow gave the event a consistent feel throughout.
Program Featuring Demo and Keynote
For the event venue, we transformed one of MR Solar’s distribution halls into an atmospheric setting. The 160 guests were treated to a varied program. They enjoyed a professionally moderated panel discussion, an in-house produced video animation explaining how Elion works, a live demonstration of the energy management system and, as the highlight of the evening, a keynote on ‘peaking at the right moment’… by cycling team Lotto Dstny. The evening concluded with a walking dinner and networking opportunity.
