A strong brand needs a compelling digital presence. With that in mind, for Vent-Axia, a product group of Ventilair Group, we upgraded the existing website to drive up its lead generation credentials. That’s expected to improve the residential ventilation and heating systems manufacturer’s position on the market alongside its parent company.
Full-fledged digital platform
Until recently the Vent-Axia website was fairly basic, with visitors expected to click through to the parent Ventilair Group’s website for more details. A full-fledged website in its own style, with compelling content, was an absolute must to boost awareness of the brand and its position on the ventilation market. Our developers took up the gauntlet, creating a brand-new scalable digital platform where visitors quickly find what they are looking for.
UX-led
We started by building a futureproof website tailored to the needs of the target audience: fitters and DIYers who want to install ventilation or heating in their homes. That why the technical details have been pared back in favour of transparent product categories, clear references to points of sale and an extensive FAQ section. The UX-first design features the Ventilair Group’s corporate identity, but the focus is on Vent-Axia. The central message is ‘ventilation made easy’.

The first iteration of the website is now live, as Vent-Axia takes its first digital steps on its own. But the project continues. The next step will be linking the website to their PIM system. That will ensure the whole product range will be automatically updated in real time – including all documentation. That’s convenient for both visitors and the Vent-Axia team. Lead generation is sure to feel the benefit going forward.
