Website gets an upgrade

Polysun was looking for a way to optimise contacts with dealers and foster loyalty. Our solution was an extranet, seamlessly incorporated into the website we previously upgraded to the latest iteration of the Drupal CMS. Registered dealers log in to access their own secure user-friendly portal, which mirrors the look and feel of the website. There they find a whole gamut of practical tools and options

Additional functionalities increase ease of use

An extranet is a great way for businesses to build stronger relationships with partners, suppliers and other external stakeholders. On Polysun’s portal dealers can order sales support tools, download presentations and all manner of warranty cards, read an FAQ, request the pickup of empty window racks, enrol in trainings and participate in campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. They also find a detailed complaint form with integrated filter to facilitate processing and analyse incoming tickets. All told, then, 
easy-to-access content tailored to the target audience (with some sections, including the FAQ, also open to the general public).
