Randstad strikes gold
on social media
How do you increase brand awareness among audiences less familiar with your brand or in regions where your name recognition is lower? For Randstad, our digital strategists went all in on online marketing. And it paid off!
Building a Name with Gen Z
HR service provider Randstad is a well-known name. To strengthen that reputation among a younger generation of workers, they called on our digital creatives. With national social media campaigns on themes that resonate with Gen Z and an initiative to get students excited for a job during the Paris Olympics, we gave the brand awareness a significant boost.
Students become fans
With the Olympic Games approaching, we created a bilingual awareness campaign to recruit sports-loving students. Randstad, as the official supplier of the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC), was looking for 25 students eager to experience the summer of a lifetime at the Lotto Belgian House in Paris and Middelkerke. Thanks to original visuals and content, the campaign stood out on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, quickly attracting the right profiles — and plenty of new fans for Randstad.
Increasing Brand Awareness in Wallonia
Finally, this: in Flanders, Randstad enjoys excellent brand awareness. In Wallonia, there’s room for improvement. Our digital strategists got to work. With a regional targeted campaign across the language border, we first highlighted Randstad Professionals, the division that sources and outsources professional profiles. The French-language posts on LinkedIn already strengthened Randstad’s brand awareness. What’s next? Keep an eye on social media.
