Promoting Randstad to Gen Z? Social media is the place to be. With an animated online campaign for Blue Monday — Randstad ‘pops’ the winter blues! — we boosted brand awareness among younger audiences in January via Meta and LinkedIn. And that was just the beginning.

Students become fans

With the Olympic Games approaching, we created a bilingual awareness campaign to recruit sports-loving students. Randstad, as the official supplier of the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC), was looking for 25 students eager to experience the summer of a lifetime at the Lotto Belgian House in Paris and Middelkerke. Thanks to original visuals and content, the campaign stood out on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, quickly attracting the right profiles — and plenty of new fans for Randstad.
