For the 12th edition of Shiplink, the biennial networking event of the Antwerp Shipping Association (ASV), we rolled out the red carpet at Waagnatie in Antwerp. And did the more than 2,000 guests feel like VIPs…
Networking Event with High VIP Appeal
For the biennial networking event Shiplink, we transformed Waagnatie in Antwerp into a venue where ASV members could welcome their clients and contacts from the shipping, forwarding, and port industries in style. The theme we chose for this edition
Waagnatie Bathed in Vintage Red Star Line Atmosphere
The décor and styling radiated Red Star Line. The stands where ASV members and sponsors showcased themselves were designed like a cabin with a porthole, featuring their visuals and logos. The entrance to Waagnatie had the look and feel of a ship’s bow, complete with a docking pier and railing. Once inside, guests felt as though they were in the ballroom of a luxury cruiser. We even provided a parquet floor and massive crystal chandeliers. The crew's outfits also followed the same theme. All on board!
Full Event Service Included
As is customary – this wasn’t our first edition of Shiplink – our teams expertly managed the entire networking event. We developed the Red Carpet Line theme and took care of the event production, project management, and roll-out: from the décor to communication (check the visual, sponsor brochure, and exhibitor folder) and hospitality, as well as booth construction for the exhibitors.
