Strategic Press Campaign for Kletz/NOIND
Designing personalized kitchens and bathrooms? At Kletz, interior designers use NOIND—an innovative technical platform for virtual three-dimensional co-creation. To present this high-tech, sustainable, and time-saving concept—and to give Kletz greater visibility and a strong market position—we launched a strategic press campaign. The goal: to convince both local and national business media of the disruptive value of Kletz/NOIND.
The Right Campaign at the Right Time
The campaign was scheduled for September, a crucial moment for Kletz. That’s when production deals with customers are finalized for the period through February of the following year. For the press campaign, we targeted consumers within a 30 km radius of the headquarters in Zele, as well as aimed for national media attention. The outcome had to be both visible and measurable in the local and business media.
Our Approach: Media Coverage and Brand Awareness
As the PR, press, and conversation partner of D’M&S, Pressworld developed a strategic and tactical plan in close collaboration with the visionary CEO of Kletz/NOIND. The goal was not only to generate media coverage but also to amplify the core messages and innovative vision of Kletz/NOIND to the fullest.
Thorough Strategic Preparation
In preparing the press campaign, we focused on:
- Media Mapping: Identifying relevant media within a 30 km radius of Kletz’s headquarters as well as key national business media (De Tijd, De Standaard, TV Oost, and Kanaal Z).
- Key Messages and Content: Kletz/NOIND set up three innovative demos to showcase the capabilities and potential of the platform to the media. The Marketing Universe focused on sustainability and efficiency, the Realtime Adaptable Virtual Showroom targeted hybrid retail models, and the Co-Creation Private Metaverse redefined the future of collaboration.
- Timeline and Critical Points: Creating a communication calendar with special attention to generating news value and impactful content.
How Did We Execute the Press Campaign Tactically?
Pressworld organized and coordinated a press conference at Kletz's headquarters in Zele. From planning to providing a welcoming experience for invited journalists—with press kits, live interaction, and a Q&A session with the visionary minds behind NOIND and Kletz—not a single detail was overlooked.
We also took care of the media pitching. We drafted press releases and created exclusive interviews and custom sneak previews to spark journalists’ interest and secure their attendance at the press conference.
