Willaert connects through employer branding campaign
Willaert is one of the leading nurseries for trees and garden plants in Europe. But it’s also a warm and welcoming family business that truly cares about its people. To reinforce this message among employees and strengthen the sense of cohesion between teams, we launched a heartwarming internal employer branding campaign.
Four values in focus
Working at Willaert means… letting your passion and talent for garden plants blossom with a green heart, and growing together with enthusiastic colleagues who put the customer first. ‘We grow together’—and that’s only possible if you embrace Willaert’s four core values: flexibility, passion, team spirit, and knowledge. We helped shape this four-leaf clover (literally) by visually translating each of these unifying values into an attractive icon.
Videos strengthen brand image with a smile
Willaert sees humor as an extra unifying force. The fact that it’s also a great way to give your message some punch was a welcome bonus. To keep Willaert’s values top of mind, we created four short videos. In them, Will and Aert—real employees at Willaert—take center stage. The result? Charming, authentic cinema. Curious to see how Will and Aert, with a touch of humor, fully embrace their roles as true brand ambassadors? Hit play!
Rollout during staff party
The internal employer branding campaign was launched during Willaert’s staff party. It was the first time the visuals and videos were revealed. We provided posters and leaflets, and also organized a playful, interactive video tour. Participants could explore the videos and values with a questionnaire and answer sheet in hand. At the end of the celebration, everyone received a keychain featuring the ‘We grow together’ four-leaf clover logo. A fitting keepsake that strengthens the bond between all employees.
To be continued
After the internal campaign, an employer branding campaign will soon follow to attract new employees. The ideal candidate? Someone with a green heart who instantly connects with Willaert’s values, of course!
