We gave Belgian pump specialist Wilo’s online loyalty platform, WiloXperts, a makeover to help fitters engage with the brand and turn on new users. The result is cool in every regard.

Fitters have known about Wilo's savings campaigns for years, but no one sends invoices by post anymore. With that in mind, we gave the platform a thorough digital update: from logo to UX, from UI design to development. With tons of user-friendly features for fitters and the folks in the back office.

Easy to manage

The new platform is the most accessible yet, for both users and back-office staff. Invoices can be uploaded or sent as a photo from a smartphone for approval or rejection by Wilo. The products and functions are super-easy to work with. And not forgetting the human touch: WiloXperts are awarded extra points on their birthday. There’s a FAQ and a contact form for any queries that are not covered. It couldn't be easier.

Cool gifts

And then the fun part. Previously, the WiloXperts could only spend their saved-up points on a limited number of gifts. No longer, because now they get gift vouchers from Coolblue. So much to choose from! And we’ve tweaked the system to allow them to view their points balance, order history and more. Transparency is key.
