Facq launches new intranet
Facq has renewed its intranet. In order to inform all employees about this and to inspire them, we gave the sanitary specialist a helping hand with a smart concept and clear communication.

Streamlining internal communication
Facq has taken a new step in its digital transition. With a view to streamlining its internal communication and stimulating a sustainable workflow, it transformed its existing intranet into a web application. The app now makes it easier and more efficient for everyone in the company to read the latest news, find documents, connect with each other and more. But how do you launch such a new app and how do you turn your people into enthusiastic users? That’s right up our alley.

The solution
Campaign dots the i's
The new app, which we named Inside, helps employees dot the i's via their smartphone. This is immediately clear from the concept image in which we play out the four most important assets: Facq Inside is a smart, useful, simple and efficient work tool. We informed everyone about this via e-mailings, posters, postcards, stickers and other channels.






The campaign helped us to inform everyone in an original way and convince them to use the app.

And what were the reactions to the campaign? It was simple, they were positive! From posters, life-size cut-outs, desk cards, stickers to an email marketing strategy, with our entire range of communication tools we convinced a large part of the employees to download the Inside app immediately after the launch. A campaign that really dotted the i's for the Facq employees.
