ROCKWOOL boosts lead generation with smart tools

We developed three powerful digital tools to support Rockwool North America’s activities: a dealer locator, a sales rep locator and a LEED calculator. All designed with one goal in mind: generating qualified leads.

Dealer and sales rep locator

The dealer locator makes it easy for the insulation solutions manufacturer’s customers to quickly find the POS they need in North America. Users simply select their location and profile to get a list of relevant dealers immediately. Using this tool as a starting point, we then created a sales rep locator, which serves up the details of the regional representative. Smart segmentation means that Rockwool is able to present this data how it wants it to be seen, giving more prominence to certain sales reps, say. The two locators both have import and export functionality, allowing Rockwell to add, remove or update data in batched form.

LEED calculator

The third tool was a LEED calculator for architects and professional builders. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an international sustainability certification program for the building industry. The tool, which is based on LEED standards, collects information about projects by means of a simple form, automatically generating a personalised PDF with all relevant data relating to the contribution Rockwool products make to LEED certification. It’s a valuable document that can be attached to the official LEED application. All applications are automatically forwarded to Rockwool’s Marketo platform. As a result, sales can target their efforts, approaching leads with solutions that match their needs.
