Conway boosts customer loyalty

How do you reward customers and make them more loyal? Conway did it by replacing its familiar incentives with a VIP shopping loyalty feature built in to the app we previously developed for the on-the-go consumer goods supplier.

VIP loyalty feature

Tickets for festivals, trips and other incentives? Conway was looking for a creative way of rewarding its customers (including filling station and supermarket operators) for their loyalty – a step towards a full loyalty programme. To that end, we came up with a VIP feature that seamlessly fitted in to the existing digital shopping platform.

Play, save, rise

We created a dynamic and visually attractive loyalty block in that VIP shopping app. Now customers can save ‘Coinways’ when they place an order. The more you buy, the more Coinways you earn – and the higher you climb up the loyalty bar. We integrated the whole system in the backend with automatic calculation of scores and upgrades. The 12 levels create a game experience, which inspires competitiveness. It motivates customers to remain active, stay engaged and earn rewards. It’s easy for the customer to build out and manage the system.

More rewards, loyal customers

This clever addition helps Conway build even stronger customer relations. The VIP Shopping App is now more than just a shopping channel: it’s an experience platform. That makes the loyalty block futureproof and ready for further evolution into an integrated saving system in the online store.
